Righty folks, Silky (smackin') Sarah, needs to smile! And she needs to smile! now. So we, that is to say Lory and I, (lol didnt' think I'd take the wrap on my own did ya), have taken it upon ourselves to create this, "the smiley board", Just for her.
So, three's the magic number, so we need 3 things from ya. 1, something silly, 2, something that makes you smile, anything ya like, as long as it gets ya showing your perly whites! grin. and 3, the words, smile Sarah! at the end. Here's mine, by way of demonstration:

2. What makes me smile? Lots of things. silly things like that, typos, and doughnuts for breakfast!

2. The sound of kids playing on the swings. The smell of flowers. The feel of sunshine on my face. A phone call from friends just to say hello. The feel of my guide's harness in my hand. The smell of my wife's hair just before I fall asleep. The smell of coffee in the morning because that means my wife has jumped up out of bed and turned the pot on already, and that means she is thinking of me, which should always make someone smile.
3. Sarah! Smile!
Everything will be alright, no matter what it is, there's no point letting yourself be sad.
I know things happen, and especially if it has to do with a family member or close friend, but the thing is, that even they wouldn't want you to be sad, they would want you to go on and have happy days.
You only get one life, one chance to smile every single day.
Don't throw that away, because the world needs you.

Smile smile smile. Let the world be able to find you in the dark by being able to see your pearly whites.
1. One silly thing would have to be the song, "When you're smiling the whole world smiles with you." I can't not smile when i hear that song. Smiling is as infectious as a good STD.
2. Opening up the fridge and finding a full case of beer ready to be drank by me never fails to give me a smile.
3. War, misery, pain, suffering, agony, unhappiness, misfortune, and tragedy - these are all things that I'm sure could get Silky to crack a smile. Smile SilkySarah! Smile!

Okay, it’s confession time.
I, SilkySarah, do admit to smiling while reading the contents of this board. In fact, the first post made a very wide smile spread across my face.
Also, this board inspired Who’surdaddy? To make his first board post ever, in his time of over a year here on the zone. Even though he posted just to be mean to me. :D
It was Lory though, who sealed the deal of smiliness, by saying that if I smiled, and admitted it, I would be allowed to hug her, without repercussion.

Ok, now a lot of these reasons I've seen for smiling have now made me an anti-smiler lol. I think i'm going to need to look for reasons to smile that don't make me want to vomit...lol.

The only thing that would make her smile about that would be when the police come and beat the fuck outta me lol.
1. Sarah, I have enrolled you in a precision target shooting course, so that you can be adequately prepared when Dave makes his big move through your window. You do already have your concealed weapon carry permit, right?
2. Things that make me smile are: bantering about football bets, children laughing, lemon pies from Wawa, running on the beach and riding the waves, achieving a life goal, skiing, answered prayers, weddings, roses, birds' nests, someone playing with my hair, music, playing in snow, friends, puddle jumping during a summer rain, horseback riding, surprise visits from out of town friends, losing weight, wind chimes, all kinds of animals, sales, finding the prize in the cereal box, getting mail that isn't bills or junk, a motorcycle ride, touching down safely on a runway, summer vacation, water balloon fights, waterfalls, fire flies, chickens hatching in my hand, catching a fish, fireworks, smashing pennies on train tracks, roller coasters, spring break, paychecks and pay raises, and a million other simple things that make my heart sing.
